Detail at the edges

Membranes rarely fail in the middle of a flat area. They fail at upstands, outlets, penetrations and junctions. Those details get reinforcement layers and proper terminations.

Tested, not assumed

Wet areas and roofs are flood-tested and the level monitored before any screed or tile goes down. If it does not hold, we find out while it is still cheap to fix.

Planters are the silent killer

Waterproofing failures in raised planters cause damp that appears in rooms far from the source. We line and drain planters properly, because retrofitting this later means taking the garden apart.
