Sequenced properly

Most construction disputes come from trades arriving in the wrong order. We programme the works so MEP first-fix, waterproofing and structural elements happen before anything is closed up, not after, with a breaker in hand.

Compliance is not optional

Structural work is executed to the approved drawings and inspected at the stages that require it. Where a design change is needed on site, it is raised and documented rather than quietly absorbed.

One point of responsibility

Because we also deliver the finishing, MEP and landscaping scopes, there is no gap between packages where problems traditionally hide. One contractor is accountable from substructure to final clean.
