Falls and venting

Most drainage complaints are not blockages, they are gradients and venting. Runs are set to correct fall and stacks are properly vented so traps are not siphoned and smells do not return.

Pressure that is consistent

Where a property has poor flow at upper levels we size and install booster sets correctly rather than fitting the biggest pump available and creating water hammer.

Pressure-tested before closing

Pipework is pressure-tested and held before walls are closed or floors are screeded. Finding a weeping joint afterwards is expensive for everybody.
