Construction & Build
Structure, waterproofing and plant, done in the right order
A pool is a water-retaining structure first and a feature second. We build a reinforced concrete shell with correct steel cover and controlled pours, because no tiling or waterproofing system can rescue a poorly built shell.
Cementitious slurry, then a flexible membrane at movement joints, then a tested flood-fill before any finish is applied. We hold the water and check the level before tiling, not after.
Pumps, filters, dosing and heating are laid out with service access and correct pipe runs. Undersized pipework and cramped plant rooms are the two faults we are most often called in to fix on other contractors work.
